When do I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by March 12th so that we can have an accurate headcount.

How do I get to Los Cabos?

You should fly into Los Cabos International Airport (SJD). It is a direct flight from most major cities.

Where should I stay?

We have blocked rooms at Las Ventanas, Al Paraiso and the Hilton Los Cabos. Both are wonderful options and are only about a 10 minute walk from each other. The wedding will be hosted at Las Ventanas.

When should I book my hotel?

April is high season for Los Cabos! We highly recommend booking before the end of the year.

What do I need to travel to Mexico?

To travel to Mexico, U.S. citizens will need a valid passport. Make sure your passport is up-to-date and will be valid for at least six months after your planned arrival.

How should I get from the airport to my hotel?

We strongly advise that you arrange transportation through your hotel or through our booking link before hand. Transfer fees from SJD to Las Ventanas are about $180 each way for a 25 minute drive. Transfer fees from SJD to Hilton Los Cabos are about $140 each way for a 25 minute drive. Most transfers can accommodate 4+ passengers.

What will the weather be like?

Los Cabos enjoys a warm and sunny climate year-round and will be in the mid-80s in April We recommend bringing lightweight clothing and sunscreen. Our wedding will be held in April, so the weather should be warm but pleasant.

Where will the wedding be held?

The wedding will be at Las Ventanas Al Paraiso Los Cabos. The address is Carr. Transpeninsular Km. 19.5, Tourist Corridor, Cabo Real, 23400 San José del Cabo, B.C.S., Mexico.

What is the wedding attire?

Coastal Formal. Women: Elegant maxi dresses or cocktail dresses in airy fabrics; heels or dressy sandals welcome. Men: Lightweight suits or dress pants with a button-down or guayabera; ties optional but polished footwear encouraged.

Are kids welcome?

As much as we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. If you need any suggestions for babysitting services or family-friendly activities, let us know!

How should I get to the events if I am staying at the Hilton Los Cabos?

We will have golf carts running from the Hilton to Las Ventanas from 4:15pm to 5:15pm. You will also be able to request a golf cart back to the Hilton after the wedding.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Please arrive at Las Ventanas Al Paraiso at 5:00 PM. The ceremony will begin at 5:30 PM.

Is it okay to take pictures with our phones and cameras during the ceremony?

We kindly ask that guests refrain from taking photos during the ceremony so everyone can fully enjoy the moment. We’ll have a professional photographer capturing all the beautiful memories, and we can’t wait to share those photos with you afterward! We’ll also have a designated time for photos with the couple after the ceremony, so feel free to snap away then. Thank you for helping us keep the ceremony intimate and memorable!
